🦚 What does "made to order" mean?

Unlike traditional retail, nothing in my shop sits in a warehouse waiting to be sold. Every item is printed and created specifically for you after you place your order. This means less waste, more intentionality, and a product made with care — just for you.

🦚 What does your artwork and product line offer?

My designs are original and handmade with intention, created to inspire self-expression, comfort, and joy. From apparel to accessories, each item offers a way to bring color, calm, or bold vibes into your space or daily life.

🦚 How do I choose the right size?

Each product has a size guide listed in the product description, especially apparel and travel gear. I recommend checking it carefully before placing your order to ensure a great fit.

🦚 What if the product I want is out of stock?

You can simply add it to your wishlist, and you’ll be able to check back when it becomes available again.

🦚 Are there care instructions for your items?

Yes. Care details are provided in each product description. Different collections (like apparel, accessories, or home décor) may have unique instructions, so be sure to review the listing for the best results.

🦚 Are your products guaranteed?

Yes! Every item fulfilled through Printify comes with a 1-year warranty. For EU customers, this also includes compliance with EU cooling-off period laws. If something isn't right, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

🦚 How much does shipping cost?

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is simple and transparent. Orders under $30 ship for $6.99. Orders between $30–$59.99 ship for $3.99. Orders $60 and over ship free. No surprises at checkout.

🦚 How long does it take to receive my order?

Because every item is made to order just for you, there's a production window before your order ships. Here are the average times:

🦚 Order Processing: 3–5 business days

🦚 U.S. Delivery (after processing): 5–10 business days

🦚 International Delivery (after processing): 10–30 business days, depending on your location and customs

🦚 How does the return process work?

If there's an issue with your product (damaged, defective, or incorrect — including damage during shipping), you can initiate a return through our self-serve Return & Refund Policy process. Simply follow the steps and you'll be guided through from start to finish.

🦚 How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Shipping is handled through Printify, and tracking updates are automated.

🦚 What happens if my order is canceled after confirmation?

If your order is canceled, you’ll receive an automated email update with details and next steps.

🦚 Can I change my delivery address after the order has shipped?

Once an item has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

Yes! You can purchase digital gift cards for your loved ones to let them choose something they'll truly enjoy.

🦚 How do I use a coupon code or store credit?

You can apply your discount code or store credit during checkout. Just enter the code in the box provided before completing payment.
