What does your artwork and product line offer?

My designs are original and handmade with intention, created to inspire self-expression, comfort, and joy. From apparel to accessories, each item offers a way to bring color, calm, or bold vibes into your space or daily life.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product has a size guide listed in the product description, especially apparel and travel gear. I recommend checking it carefully before placing your order to ensure a great fit.

What if the product I want is out of stock?

You can simply add it to your wishlist, and you’ll be able to check back when it becomes available again.

Are there care instructions for your items?

Yes. Care details are provided in each product description. Different collections (like apparel, accessories, or home décor) may have unique instructions, so be sure to review the listing for the best results.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, items fulfilled through Printify include a 1-year warranty and comply with EU cooling-off period laws.

Can I track my warranty status?

Currently, there isn’t a separate warranty tracking system, but you can always reach out via email if you have concerns about an item.

How does the return/warranty process work?

If there’s an issue with your product (damaged, defective, or incorrect), you can access our self-serve returns process, which is built into the site. Simply follow the steps and you’ll be guided through the return.

Can I request repairs for damaged items?

At this time, we don’t offer repair services. However, we do handle returns and refunds where applicable.

Can I send damaged items for repair or get a pick-up service?

We do not currently provide pick-up or repair center services.

Can I buy replacement parts separately?

No, we don’t sell individual parts or components separately.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Shipping is handled through Printify, and tracking updates are automated.

What happens if my order is canceled after confirmation?

If your order is canceled, you’ll receive an automated email update with details and next steps.

What if my item is damaged during shipping?

We understand this can happen. Please use the self-serve returns system or contact us directly to arrange a replacement or refund.

Can I change my delivery address after the order has shipped?

Once an item has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

Is there a free trial or sample?

No, all products are made-to-order, so we do not offer free trials or samples.

How do I use a coupon code or store credit?

You can apply your discount code or store credit during checkout on the Shopify platform. Just enter the code in the box provided before completing payment.

Do you offer gift cards?
